7 Day All You Can Eat Diet

What is the 7 Day Diet?

Like the 3 day diet, the original 7 day all you can eat diet is also a mystical diet plan that has no backing what so ever. Considering that it's not much favorable than to have to continue in this regime for 7 days instead of 3, we believe that you will be sacrificing much more than your weight as the daily menus are guided by one sole food group.

Since the original 7 day diet is very risky for just about anybody, this is not a diet plan to get you healthy. In fact they came up with another diet plan called the 7 day all you can eat diet.  This is where the diet enters a safer zone of nutrition still claiming to reduce your weight and cleanse your body.

This diet claims to detoxify your body within 7 days. In this diet, you can eat anything you want however there are rules of what to eat on specific days. After the seventh day you are allowed to resume with your normal diet.

Foods such as fruits, vegetables, skim milk and lean meat are permissible.

You are forbidden to eat all other things. The benefit you get is that you actually see gradually decreases in your weight in essence it makes you lose weight quickly with a relatively good diet. However this isn't a long term weight loss plan. People have tried it and over 90% of the people had failed to keep going as they became increasingly hungry day after day while on the plan. We don't believe that this diet is nutritionally balanced however it should not create some serious health problem as the meals are balanced out.

It is a low caloric diet with little nutritional value. Most of the weight loss is from the muscles and fluids, as well as fat stored in the body. However most of the weight lost in that period can be easily regained. It can also be difficult to stick on the diet because it restricts your consumption. You can expect to lose 10 – 17 lbs after one week.

On a scale of one to ten this diet fails short of offering balance as most people find it uneasy to go on eating food prescribed by this regime. Since it isn't well balanced and the level of hunger you will get is something you will not be able to live with, we believe that this diet is merely a fad that should have never been.
