What are these nine ingredients?

• Coleus forskohli – also called ForsLean. This is a substance that triggers fat loss and fat burning. It is herbal in natural but its role in helping people lose weight is not clear.

• Tonalin insufficient evidence exists to prove that Tonalin does reduce the amount of fat in the body.

• AdvantraZ – this ingredient is also found in many other weight loss supplements and is said to be good for boosting metabolism and for suppressing the appetite.

• 7-Keto often preferred over synephrine and ephedra by manufacturers that develop weight loss formulations. Again, it boosts metabolism.

• Phase 2 – an ingredient that prevents the absorption of starch by the body. It works in almost the same way that carb blockers work.
