Appesat Review
Why Choose Appesat
With so many weight loss supplements flooding the market, why should anyone want to consider Appesat if they’re looking for an efficient weight management program? What makes it different?
A Weight Loss Pill with a Plan of Action
It is true that Appesat can be called just another weight loss supplement, but unlike some supplements, it does come up with an Appesat diet plan which, by the way, is a registered trademark under the name “Appesat™ Plan.” This plan depends on what kind of eater you are. For example, if you’re an evening snacker, you have a specific plan to follow calling for the maximum dose of nine capsules a day for the first few weeks and then gradually easing off from the number of capsules you take a day. If you’re a habitual afternoon snacker your plan may look slightly different from that of the evening snacker.
Pill not for Everyone
The plan as described above, however, does not answer the question of who should be taking Appesat. Appesat is a product for people who like to lose weight, cut down on their snacking and want to permanently avoid getting into borderline obese. It is not recommended for children under 12. It is also not recommended for people with body mass indexes under 18.5.
Appetite Suppressant using Fibre Complex
Appesat would therefore be classified as an appetite suppressant. It was developed as a fibre complex in Europe and approved by the European Medical Devices Directive. This fibre complex was formulated using organic seaweed.
Vegetarian Safe but...
Vegetarians can take Appesat, but women who are pregnant or are nursing are discouraged from taking it. People with underlying health conditions should consult their doctor before taking Appesat.
How it Works
The way Appesat works is that as soon as it is ingested, it sends messages to the brain that the stomach is full. It tones down stomach acid and the manufacturer says that it can “sit on top of gastric juices for juices, helping to increase the number of “stomach full” messages...” For best results, however, people who are on Appesat must follow a consistent diet and physical exercise program.
Only a Weight Loss Aid
Appesat has also been approved for safe use by the US. It does not contain gluten, nuts or artificial preservatives. But it has to be taken with water before meals. It is NOT intended to be a meal replacement, only as a weight loss aid. A balanced diet consisting of lots of fruits and vegetables, fish, some pasta is the way to go, with less sugar and processed foods.
