What is Flaxseed?
Flaxseed was cultivated in ancient Ethiopia and ancient Egypt. Flaxseed comes in two different varieties: brown and yellow or golden. Flaxseed contains more fiber, antioxidants, and omega-3 fatty acids than grains.

One of the main reasons Omega 3 has such a powerful effect on weight loss, is that it lowers the insulin level by as much as 50%. Omega 6 acids produced 16 to 21% more muscle tension and up to 32% greater endurance during high frequency stimulation.
