Hoodia Maxx Review

There is a difference in Maxx versus Max
There may be some confusion between HoodiaMax and Hoodia Maxx (with a second letter “x”). From the information available online, it seems that the second product – Hoodia Maxx – has 1,000 mg whereas the first one and other Hoodia products for that matter – have only 400 to 700 mg.
The Claim
The manufacturers of Hoodia Maxx claim that this product has 1,000 mg of Hoodia raw powder and holds a CITES – this is a certification document issued by a South African government authority. CITES stands for Convention of Illicit Trade of Endangered Species.
A Note to Buy Hoodia With Confidence
If you buy a weight loss product that carries the name “Hoodia”, you may want to make sure that the company you buy it from has the CITES document – we’ve seen some web sites where they actually make this available as a pdf document. Why ask for this particular certification? The reason is, Hoodia Gordonii – the main plant that is used to formulate many Hoodia weight loss products – has been used in mass production. This mass production runs the risk of turning Hoodia Gordonii into another imitation powder. The CITES document should provide that assurance that you’re buying the purest form of Hoodia.
The P57 Molecule in the Plant
Hoodia Maxx is being promoted for its “advanced appetite control” concept. What this means we’re not exactly sure, but it may have something to do with the P57 molecule found in the genuine Hoodia. The P57 molecule is the substance that acts as a “messenger” delivering messages to the brain that the person is not hungry. So instead of eating the usual size meals, a person taking Hoodia Maxx tends to eat less because of that “full feeling.” That is how weight loss is achieved.
No Caffeine and other Stimulants
Hoodia Max is also stimulant free. This can only mean that it has no caffeine, which can be good or bad, depending on each person’s need for caffeine. For instance, some people can tolerate a lot of caffeine and in fact depend on it for energy; others, however, would have a lower degree of tolerance for caffeine, because it makes them nervous and jittery. Some weight loss supplements include caffeine as an ingredient because of its ability to boost energy levels. This is why manufacturers of weight loss products that contain caffeine often caution consumers that if they’re allergic to caffeine, they should refrain from taking it.
Hoodia Maxx is natural and stimulant-free. Some Hoodia Maxx retailers claim that a person can expect to lose 10 to 25 pounds in 30 days. Consumers can even find free trial offers online.
