Snack PM - Nuts or seeds (unsalted) - 4-6 oz low or nonfat yogurt

Dinner - Chicken Patty (3 oz) - Sesame seed bun - Lettuce, tomato and onion (cooked or raw) - Baked beans - Kiwi-Strawberry Salad or Dessert or apple pie
