What does natural weight loss imply? It really is quite simple. It follows the old adage that if you burn more calories than you consume you will lose weight. While this still rings true today it is a little more complicated. Counting calories is not all you should be concerned about. A Hershey milk chocolate bar is 210 calories, while a 1 cup chopped chicken breast is 231 calories. Obviously part of a natural weight loss regimen involves making healthier choices.
For example, did you know that it is in fact bad for your body to eat fruit after a meal? When you eat fruit on an empty or hungry stomach, the fruit goes through the stomach out into the intestines, and detoxifies on its way out. However, if you decide to have fruit after a meal, the fruit mixes with what is already in your stomach and turns to acid and rots leaving you drained of energy and often gassy.
Natural weight loss is a balancing act. It is about making decisions. No-one expects you deprive yourself of all the good foods you once enjoyed. I myself love eating. I love looking at it, smelling it, feeling, and tasting food. But, in order to obtain or maintain a healthy waist you have to make choices. I am here to tell you that natural weight loss is possible by making sane eating choices and exercising.
