Ways for Women to Shed Body Fat

At some point all women think they are over-weight and so they panic to lose weight and get back in shape. Exercise is important however it is broad a category as there are many forms of exercises and for many this isn’t enough to take away some of their body fat. To lose body fat women need to burn more calories than they consume for this they would need to exercise with more repetition hence working out more and eat wiser.

Working out with weights pushes the body to dispose of fat and make room for sexy lean muscle growth. Unfortunately for woman, body building is a man’s game, however they should not let this lead them to think they will bulk up. Instead it is best to go lighter.

Weight training achieves two purposes, it converts the fat into protein and it increases the metabolism. The benefit to this kind of activity is that it is stationary and never boring. Top reason why women quite their workout regimen is because they don’t see results. By changing the workout routine with weights you could see your muscle grow and get motivated at the same time.

Here are some of my favourite exercises for women:

1.Dumbbell squats

2.Split squats

3.Bench press

4.Curl to press

5.Single arm dumbbell clean and presses

These should work out your key big muscles, the sets and reps are different for all women but try to do 2-3 sets of 13-15 reps. Go with a weight that is light enough for you to pick up and heavy enough for you to feel your muscle getting tense with each rep.
