Weight Loss Tips and Tricks
Most people have a weight loss, or weight management story. Most of us have battled our weight or our acceptance of our body image. Weight struggles were not created yesterday; therefore weight loss tips and tricks are plentiful.
Weight Loss Tip #1
A couple of weight loss tips and tricks I live everyday as a way to keep my weight in check. For example, in order to shed pounds, one weight loss trick is drink two 8 ounce glasses of water before starting any meal. It works. This weight loss trick works because by filling your stomach with water before eating, you get full quicker and it will last.
Weight Loss Tip #2
Another weight loss tip that I have heard many people use is to put your fork down between in bite. I’m sure you will concur that often you don’t feel full until it’s too late. And, then you are stuck unbuttoning your pants at your in-laws and feel embarrassed at your lack of control. Food is your friend, it is not the enemy.
Weight Loss Tip #3
A great tip that I love, is to eat properly at least 80% of the time. What this rule means is that as long as you eat healthy and control your portions most of the time, you are free to eat whatever you want. Granted, if you start eating bricks of butter with the leeway you give yourself, you may in fact see yourself gaining weight. But, don’t feel guilty for eating a piece of cake at dinner, as long as you compensate elsewhere.

There are ample weight loss tips and tricks that are readily available. Go out and find the tools that fit your lifestyle and your vices. Life is for living, not for total sacrifice of all that is enjoyable. You can have your cake and eat it too, or else what point is there.

What you need to remember is listen to body, your doctor (to some extent), and common sense. Fad diets are not all bad and hard work and exercise does not work for everyone. Take back control of your body!
